Extrusion blow moulded in HDPE, the new BLK 3.0 150ml paint pack takes advantage of one of Spectra’s ever popular standard tubular designs (Ref: 6006).
With over 50 packs in either HDPE or PET in 30ml to 500ml capacity options, Spectra’s tubular range has grown to be one of the largest on the market for brands seeking versatility and choice.
Initially labelled, the latest bottles now incorporate striking vibrant pink and white graphics, achieved courtesy of silk screen printing at Spectra’s dedicated print department at their Suffolk based manufacturing plant.
The new bottles perfectly illustrate Spectra’s ability to provide a complete packaging solution. In particular, highlighting, the company’s in-house print capabilities, as Field Sales Representative Alex Beveridge, went on to explain.
“We firmly believe that direct printing offers superior results over labelling, that said, maintaining colour vibrancy on very dark coloured bottles can sometimes prove challenging. However, the use of highly accurate two-pass print overlapping techniques by our skilled print experts means the bright pink finish desired by our customer has been successfully achieved.”
Continually pushing the boundaries in innovative decoration techniques, Spectra has developed a wide range of solutions for customers seeking a real point of difference.
Among these include a clever Seamless print finish that enables brands to display intricate patterns around the entire 360-degree circumference in one single print pass. Another innovative offering is Spectra’s Touch print solution which provides brands with an opportunity to add Braille to their packaging.
Developed by Stuart Semple, the new BLK 3.0 paint claims to be the world’s blackest black paint and follows the artists’ other creations, which include the world’s pinkest pink and glitteriest glitter.
The new packs were completed with the addition of Spectra’s stylish 24/410 Double Wall Flip Top Closure (ref: 3038) to offer a sleek profile.
