Touch utilises Spectra’s innovative raised print technology, providing customers with the compelling opportunity to have Braille included on their packaging. This can add genuine value, particularly for visually impaired or blind consumers who can find identifying products difficult and inhibiting.
Dots can be printed directly onto the surface of the bottle using extremely accurate control measures, which means the height of the Braille alphabet remains consistent throughout the packaging run. This also makes Touch ideal for customers looking for Braille solutions without the need to custom tool their pack moulds.
Although Touch has been developed specifically for Braille, this tactile effect can also be used in traditional screen printing, giving brands the opportunity to highlight specific design features with an embossed effect.
