The Human Resources team looks after the employee life cycle from when an individual joins the company to when they leave – including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and exit interviews. 

We update policies and suggest changes when they no longer serve the company or the employees. 

We support employees throughout their time; we look after their well-being, training and development, performance management and employee relationships, 

We help ensure the company complies with employment law.
