Quality Control

Spectra’s quality department promotes quality throughout the company, performing several tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing of acceptable quality levels (AQLs) on finished goods
  • Line walks
  • Completing reports
  • Equipment calibration
  • Investigate internal and external QI/NCRs.
  • Incoming goods inspections to approved standards, reporting to relevant departments on their findings
  • Contributing to continual improvement and assisting in additional quality checks for all processes and departments.

The team is also responsible for ensuring customer requirement awareness and providing guidance and assistance on the company’s quality expectations.
