Decoration
Our dedicated decoration department prints onto bottles manufactured within our factory, operating five print machines, two foil blockers, and a periphery blocker for foiling and assembling caps.
Tasks include:
- Artwork creation, ink colour matching, and sample approval from customers
- The ordering of screens with varying mesh sizes and frames, depending on design and bottle size
- Control component availability before production
- Conduct quality checks on print standards, including rubbing, taping, water tests, and rub tests
- Address any production issues that may arise
- Sort, count, box, label, seal, and palletise for warehouse storage and dispatch
- Batch completion, clearing workspace, database entries and retaining quality checked bottles for 12 months
- Foil blocking and cap assembly
