Design

The Design Department provides technical support to sales. The team assess new project enquiries for manufacturability in injection moulding, EBM & ISB.  

Primarily designing 3D CAD models. These Models can then be used for: 

• Creating & driving drawings 
• Creating Simulations & animations 
• Exporting viewable models for customers 
• Importing to other software to create a photo-realistic rendering 
• Machining metal via C.A.M. 
• For use in other software to produce code to run our 3D printer for prototypes 
• External uses, e.g. mould engraving, higher quality prototypes 
• Aiding prediction of screening areas 
• Modification / Development of existing tooling 

Other design capabilities include concept and product design for bottles and closures, mechanical part design and mould designs
