Due to continued expansion we are currently seeking a full-time permanent Quality Control Operative.
Your role will be to provide a quality control service for incoming goods, finished production and internal testing and calibration, assisting in maintaining the company’s standards of operation.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out line walks, completing reports, perform AQL’s on finished goods, perform investigations on internal and external QI/NCR’s and inspect incoming goods to approved standards. You will also provide guidance and assistance on quality expectations of the company and report any findings to the relevant department. During busy periods there is an opportunity for overtime.
Previous experience in quality control would be advantageous although not essential as full training will be given. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative are crucial. You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
