Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Injection Stretch Blow-Moulding Technician to work on a 12-hour shift pattern.

Responsibilities include:
· Carry out planned tool and colour changes within the department.
· Fault finding on machinery, making process adjustments and continuous improvements throughout the process.
· Ensure optimum processes are established and maintained.
· Follow company procedures whilst support the shift team.
· Ensuring products meet with set quality standards.
· Ensuring the working area is kept clean and tidy throughout the shift.
· Carry out all other production activities as efficiently as possible, adhering to the highest quality ISO and health & safety standards.
You will be:
· Experience within a technical engineering or motor vehicle environment (Plastic processing experience would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided).
· An excellent team player with effective interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with others.
· Honest, reliable and accountable.
· Hard-working with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
· Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and a pride for delivering excellent consistently.
· Innovative in exploring better ways of working and using your own initiative to find solutions.
