Customer Services Representative

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support the sales team with great service to help meet the needs of our diverse client base. 

Your role will involve liaising with new and existing customers over the phone and via email, helping to support and grow these accounts by ensuring the highest level of customer service. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Working as part of the Customer Services team to help grow the business through outstanding service

• Offering advice and solutions to customer queries and promoting products and services

• Providing quotations and managing new product developments to the expectations of the customer from point of enquiry through to successful delivery of first order

• Ensuring new specifications are properly managed and accurately recorded on our bespoke systems

• Providing technical feedback to customers as required regarding our products

• Liaising with the Planning & Logistics teams to ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly and accurately

• Working with our Finance and Logistics teams to ensure agreed terms are adhered to and to minimise credit exposure risk

• Communicating with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and have strong attention to detail.
