Part time (could develop into full time)

Commercial Assistant

Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a Commercial Assistant to support our Finance and Purchasing teams within the company. Initially part-time this position could develop into a full-time role.  Full support and training will be given in line with previous experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase orders and reconciling supplier accounts

• Invoicing

• Managing company credit card statements

• Reconciling stock and delivery notes

• Organising company workwear

• General administration duties

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively

• Good written and verbal communication

• Working knowledge of MS Office 

• An eye for detail

• An understanding of accounts and purchasing software (ideally Winman)
