Latest COVID-19 update at Spectra
As we continue working to provide essential products in the fight against COVID-19, we are placing further measures to ensure our staff's safety in accordance with government guidelines.
From Monday 11th January 2021, we will be implementing staggered shift patterns in a number of our departments.
These measures are being taken to minimise the number of people circulating at any one time within our offices.
Our new working hours could mean your regular point of contact may not be available to speak to when you call us. However, we will endeavour to ensure your call is still dealt with as normal. Additionally, a number of other staff members will be working remotely from home during conventional working hours.
We understand that these safety measures could potentially impact responses; however, we aim to deliver the same high service levels you have come to expect from Spectra and we will continue to offer all the support we can during these challenging times.
